🔁 Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and assist you with exchange or refund options.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or store credit.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure health, safety, and compliance, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Perishable products (e.g., fresh truffles)
- Growkits that have been started
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses or missed pickups
🚚 Undelivered or Refused Packages
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect:
- We can arrange a reshipment at the customer’s expense
- Refunds (minus shipping fees) may be issued only once the package has been received back in good condition
