🧾 Orders & Payments

Where can I see my past orders?

Go to My Account > Orders to view your full order history. You can click “View” next to any order for full details, including status, items, and billing info.

How do I cancel an order?

If the status is still “Processing,” go to My Account > Orders, select the order and click the Cancel Order button (if visible). Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept debit/credit cards, and select cryptocurrencies (coming soon).

📦 Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard mail across select EU countries. You’ll see shipping details at checkout.

Can I track my shipment?

For orders over €150, we automatically include tracking. For others, please contact support to check if tracking is available for your items.

When will my order arrive?

Typical delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–15 working days
  • Rest of world: Coming soon

Check your confirmation email for estimated delivery dates.

🎁 Packaging & Discretion

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes! All items are shipped in plain boxes or envelopes with no visible branding.

Can I customize the packaging?

Not at the moment. Our priority is privacy and safety during transit.

📩 Issues & Returns

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Can I return my product?

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.
